01 / START YOUR ENQUIRY
The details that make a quotation useful.
THE GOODS
Product & cargo details
Product name, intended use, material and quantity. Mention batteries, liquids, powders, magnets or branded goods so cargo acceptance can be reviewed.
THE PACKAGES
Size & weight
Number of cartons or pallets, gross weight and outer length × width × height for each package type. Include packed dimensions rather than product dimensions.
THE JOURNEY
Origin & destination
Supplier pickup or receiving location, cargo-ready date, destination country, city and postal code. State whether you need parcel, air, ocean or warehouse support.
You can start with an estimate if the goods are not packed yet. Identify estimated measurements clearly so the quotation can be reviewed when final details are available.

02 / PREPARE SUPPLIER HANDOVER
Give every supplier clear receiving instructions.
Before goods reach the warehouse
Confirm the Guangzhou or Shenzhen receiving address with Haishun. Provide your shipment reference to suppliers and share an expected delivery list.
List the supplier, product, quantity and package count. Explain whether goods should remain separate or be consolidated for onward transport.
Specify the work you need
Set out the inspection points, sorting rules, labels and packing requirements. Share label files and identify which goods or orders they belong to.
If repacking or consolidation is requested, agree the scope before work begins and confirm the final package details before transport.

03 / PACKING & INFORMATION
Make the shipment easy to identify and handle.
PACKING
Protect the goods
Choose outer packaging appropriate to the product and transport mode. Flag fragile items and discuss any special packing or pallet requirements.
LABELS
Keep references consistent
Match carton marks and labels with the shipment reference and order information. Confirm label format before dispatch.
DOCUMENTS
Prepare accurate descriptions
Have product descriptions, quantities and values ready. Ask which commercial invoice, packing list or supporting documents are needed for the selected shipment.
04 / REVIEW YOUR QUOTATION
Confirm the scope, not only the total.
ORIGIN
Before international transport
Check whether supplier pickup, warehouse handling, consolidation, packing and export-side services are included.
TRANSPORT
The selected shipping channel
Confirm the service, chargeable measurement basis, expected routing and any conditions attached to the quote.
DESTINATION
At arrival and delivery
Clarify destination handling, clearance responsibilities, duties or taxes and the final delivery point. Request a breakdown if any item is unclear.
A quotation applies to its stated cargo details and scope. Changes to the product, measurements, route or handling requirements may require a revised quotation.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Useful answers before you ship.
Can I consolidate goods from several suppliers?
Yes, consolidation is part of Haishun’s service scope. Agree receiving references, the expected delivery list and packing instructions before suppliers send their goods.
Can I ship batteries, liquids or other special products?
Share the exact product characteristics and any available supporting documents first. Acceptance depends on the goods, destination and selected channel; confirm it before sending cargo.
Should I choose parcel, air freight, FCL or LCL?
Provide the shipment size, product, readiness date and destination. Parcel channels suit individual packages; air and ocean options should be reviewed against your cargo and delivery requirements. FCL and LCL decisions depend on shipment volume and the shipping arrangement.
When does the transit estimate begin?
Ask whether the estimate starts at warehouse receipt, carrier handover or departure. Also confirm which stages are included so you can plan supplier readiness and destination delivery.
What if the quantity or package size changes?
Send the revised details before dispatch. The team may need to reassess handling, channel suitability or charges.
